  2. COACHING: 1:1 accelerated coaching engagement (gold-standard assessment included)

  3. TEAM IMPROVEMENT: Sessions based on how the team assesses itself across 40 research-backed competencies (team self-assessment included)

  4. WORKSHOPS: Half day to multiple days of a facilitated workshop focused on a particular skill or competency upgrade, or an entire leveling-up moment (I.e. Managers becoming Directors)

  5. FACILITATION, observation, or skill building training at an offsite
