When shifting deeply-seated behavior patterns, it’s imperative to get a little ‘distance’ from them.

Using the framework of Paradigms, we can map out and understand how our behavior patterns formed, and see the linkages between our actions, feelings and thoughts.

Once mapped, we can step back and look at the paradigm, instead of being ‘in’ it and subject to it. And from that vantage point, we’re in a position to map a new paradigm, more thoughtfully and consciously than we created the original one.
