DYNAMIC LEADER DEVELOPMENT

Developing leaders is our core focus because of the significant multiplier effect a great leader can have on their teams and organization.

We believe that Leaders need to be dynamic in order to keep up with today’s constantly changing, fast-growth and fast-disruption world. And leaders need to go first in prioritizing and sharing their own developmental hurdles and victories in order to create a culture of growth and the safety required to engage in it.

We also believe that the Process of leadership development itself should be dynamic - in other words engaging and interesting, and responsive to changing market and cultural conditions. Management and leadership are far too important and complex to be reduced to a set of lecture-based informational trainings. As Robert Kegan puts it “in the world of L&D (Learning and Development) there’s too much L and not enough D.” A static check-list of best practices is not dynamic enough to support today’s leaders.

ONNO KOELMAN, PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Onno is described as a natural coach and trainer. He brings a dynamic and practical perspective to all of his engagements, combining a sharp and highly trained intellect (he holds a bachelors in mechanical engineering from Stanford University) with a deep capacity for empathy and emotional attunement. As a product of three cultures himself (Dutch, Australian and Northern Californian) Onno is able to understand and fluidly shift between diverse perspectives on any given situation.

Trained at the Coaches Training Institute and able to draw on multiple modalities studied over the past 15 years, Onno has the ability to create a safe space for any group or individual to get to the heart of a challenge and engage in rapid transformation. His coaching clientele are typically already technically proficient in their respective ‘hard’ skills – and now ready to embark on the adaptive challenge of rounding out or further developing their leadership and ‘soft’ skills.

Onno has coached for powerful results at all levels within organizations, from individual contributors up to the C-suite. His warm and engaging manner make the learning fun, and he embodies the material he delivers. He is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment, the Emotional Intelligence EQI2.0 360 assessment, the Squadify team performance assessment, and trained in the Harvard-affiliated “Immunity to Change” methodology as well as the associated Cultivating Leadership’s “Growth Edge Coaching.” He also regularly uses the CliftonStrengths approach with both individuals and teams and is familiar with a wide variety of other tools and modalities.

ULRICH NETTESHEIM, PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Ulrich Nettesheim is a widely recognized, successful leadership expert and executive coach. With over 25 years of experience, Ulrich advises CEOs and executive team leaders, specializing in helping CEOs build high-performance executive teams. By approaching his work as a integrated 3-level system (the leader, the team, the organization) he provides exceptional value to his executive clients. He has worked across multiple industries (software, biopharma, high-tech manufacturing, CPG and healthcare). Ulrich was a guest lecturer at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business for seven years and, prior to his consulting career, was a Head of Strategy for the USC Medical Center. Ulrich has served as a board director, board advisor and angel investor, and is an active reviewer for the California Management Review. He completed his graduate studies at Columbia University (B-School + Org Psych). Ulrich is a dual German citizen, a soccer and basketball fanatic, and loves to travel.

KEIKO TOKUDA, LEADERSHIP COACH & FACILITATOR

Keiko Tokuda is an energetic and growth-minded coach with expertise in helping emerging and seasoned leaders to take bold actions and drive forward progress in fast-paced work environments. Keiko is an experienced tech marketing leader, working at start ups in their rapid growth phases, and was responsible for building teams and future leaders in her role. She is a certified Co-active Professional Coach, EQi2.0 emotional intelligence coach, and leads StrengthsFinders and Radical Candor workshops for managers. Keiko holds a B.A. from Stanford University, speaks English and Japanese fluently, and is a former professional tennis player.
